1. Ticket Cancellation & Refunds
At The Hills Waterpark, we strive to offer a seamless experience for our visitors. Please review our cancellation and refund policy below:
Non-Refundable Tickets: All ticket purchases, whether made online or at the entrance, are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Date Changes: If you wish to change the date of your visit, you may request a reschedule at least 48 hours before your original booking date. Date changes are subject to availability.
Weather Policy: In case of extreme weather conditions causing the park to close, guests may be eligible for a rain check or reschedule of their visit.
Event Cancellations: If an event or special booking is canceled by The Hills Waterpark, guests will be offered a full refund or an alternative date.
2. Membership & Season Pass Refunds
Non-Refundable: All memberships and season passes are non-refundable after purchase.
Transfer Requests: Memberships are non-transferable and can only be used by the registered guest.
Lost or Stolen Passes: Lost or stolen season passes may be replaced for a nominal fee with proper identification.
3. Group Bookings & Private Events
Deposit Requirement: Group bookings and private events require a deposit at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made at least 7 days in advance are eligible for a partial refund (minus the deposit). Cancellations made within 7 days are non-refundable.
Rescheduling: Subject to availability, group bookings and private events may be rescheduled without penalty if requested at least 72 hours in advance.
4. Food & Merchandise Returns
Food & Beverage: Due to health and safety regulations, all food and beverage purchases are final and non-refundable.
Merchandise Returns: Unused and unworn merchandise may be returned within 7 days of purchase with an original receipt for an exchange or store credit. No cash refunds.
5. Special Circumstances
In case of an emergency or exceptional situation, guests may contact our customer service team for assistance. Refunds in special cases are at the sole discretion of The Hills Waterpark management.
